1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Blox is an AI-powered iOS application builder that allows users to create native SwiftUI applications through natural language descriptions. The Service includes app generation, code preview, simulator testing, and optional publishing to Apple TestFlight.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when using various features such as building apps, iterating on designs, and publishing. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content, ideas, and designs you provide to the Service. The code generated by Blox for your applications belongs to you, and you are free to use, modify, and distribute it as you see fit. However, the underlying Blox platform, including its AI models, algorithms, and infrastructure, remains our intellectual property.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create applications that violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
  • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Create applications that contain malware or malicious code

7. Apple Developer Requirements

If you choose to publish applications through Blox to Apple TestFlight or the App Store, you are responsible for compliance with Apple's Developer Program License Agreement and App Store Review Guidelines. Blox is not responsible for any rejections, removals, or actions taken by Apple regarding your applications.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED APPLICATIONS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS OR BE ACCEPTED BY APPLE. AI-GENERATED CODE MAY CONTAIN BUGS OR REQUIRE MODIFICATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
